General Questions

Absolutely. If your dog is already on a diet that consist of kibble please refer to our Transitioning guide on how to introduce raw into their diet over a two week coarse.

Your order will arrive frozen. Once defrosted, the food will last 5 days in the fridge for optimal freshness. Meals can be kept in the freezer up to 6 months.

All of our ingredients are human-grade and sourced from reputable food suppliers and meet USDA standards. We do not process our ingredients to be shelf-stable, ensuring your dog is getting the highest quality, most natural nutrients available. 

Every recipe uses clean USDA proteins, mixed with simple produce, and balanced with vitamins and minerals. Our recipes were designed and created by a certified canine nutritionist as well as meet or exceed the standards of AFFCO’s dog food nutrient profiles for all life stages. 

All of our food is locally sourced from reputable food providers and produced in a certified USDA facility with a state inspector on site

Yes. The meals will arrive frozen and we recommend keeping them frozen until use. Simply defrost in your fridge overnight before using. Meals will last 3-5 day in the fridge once defrosted.

No, our meals are designed to be consumed raw. Altering the temperate of the product may cause harm to your dog.
